Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• Items must have all original tags attached.

• Items purchased during sales or promotions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Intimate wear, such as lingerie and innerwear.

Return Process:

• If you need to return an item, please fill out the Contact Us Form on our page with your order number and reason for returning it.

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for sending your item back to us.

• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will be issued only for eligible returned items.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

• If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please complete the contact form on our page within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
